He routinely works for Puget Sound Energy studying utility corridors, easements and limited use restrictions, and onsite impacts from power lines structural facilities. Most recently, he completed a large-scale study and appraisal of impacts from overhead and subsurface utility corridors across a large military base. He works for public agencies appraising and providing valuation support for surplus property disposition, including valuation of Transit Oriented Development (TOD) parcels at Capitol Hill Station with a variety of title restrictions and low-income housing requirements. He has appraised properties with a wide variety of use restrictions, including valuations based on stipulated lease terms. He has recently participated in a multi-appraiser arbitration, and regularly participates in mediations. He has provided expert witness testimony for both residential and commercial properties, each instance resulting in favorable awards for the client.

A native Washingtonian, Greg has a degree in Finance and Information Systems from the University of Washington. In the fall, you’ll find the Goodman family at Husky Stadium cheering on the Dawgs, and rest of the year, Greg is usually coaching his son’s soccer, baseball, or football teams.
